[Feature] Additional reflection areas

It would be nice if there were also reflections when you are near the fountain in the town center (near the playground and the Community Center).

Addendum for Ginger Island:

• "Puddles" at the West beach could also feature reflections
• Star-shaped puddle at SE beach
• Don't show reflections when on the boat (on the return trip, reflection gets "stuck"/lags behind the boat)
