Status bar modification of `hyperceiler` necessites a systemui restart

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

Every time the phone restarts, the modified status icon will become ineffective. It can only take effect by manually restarting the system interface.

Expected behaviour/预期行为

The modified status bar icons will not become invalid after a normal phone restart.

Actual behaviour/实际行为

After restarting the mobile phone, the changes do not take effect automatically. The modifications were successful, but the system interface needs to be restarted manually.

After restarting the phone, the changes to the status bar did not take effect automatically.

I didn't see that the icons have any changes, what is the state before icon changes are applied ?
Isn't this a duplicate of #660 ?

The SIM card 2 icon is hidden, and it can't change color automatically, so the immersive effect is not achieved.
