Auto Include is not working

Auto Include is not working on latest cl build 2.0 (3039)

Expected behaviour/预期行为

When I install new apps the app does not select automatically to my module.

Actual behaviour/实际行为

When I install new apps then the app automatically select to my module

Currently I'm using PixelOS, Android 16 QPR 2,
