Restore fails if spam_folder is empty

Steps to reproduce

• Install a mail module on NS8 without enabling the Junk folder
• Take a backup
• Restore the module

Expected behavior

Restore completes without validation errors, regardless of spam_folder value

Actual behavior

Restore fails during set-mailbox-settings subtask if spam_folder is empty, with validation error:

validation-failed at step ...: [spam_folder.name: String length must be greater than or equal to 1 spam_folder.name: Does not match pattern '^[^"]+$']
