Add Web build to CI

Describe the issue

It is possible to build a web version of the app which can run in Chromium based browsers. I don't think it can connect to the PSLab hardware yet. IMHO adding it to the builds now already makes sense, since it makes sure that the build works and it makes it more obvious to contributors that they can work on this version if they like.

I’m working on setting up the web app communication with the PSLab board. I have almost finished it I just need to test a few more things, and I will create the PR today or tomorrow. 🙂
