GPT-5.4 stopped working in version 0.47.0

Can't connect to GPT-5.4
Other versions such as GPT-5.3-codex are accessible, but trying to use GPT-5.4 returns an error.

Versions

• Copilot for Xcode: 0.47.0
• Xcode: 16.2
• macOS: 15.7.3

Steps to reproduce

1. Select Agent and GPT-5.4.
2. Type any text.

Additional context
It was working in the previous version. max_tokens parameter is not accepted by GPT-5.4, but Copilot is trying to use it.
