What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

Since around, 2.524 builds involving signals tests (python, m4, make etc) fail. Jenkins runs inside a KVM/QEMU Artix Linux with 36 EPYC cores and 192GB or RAM and does the builds itself.
