Block Editor: Settings Sidebar: Conditionally display Landing Page setting

Summary

Displays the Landing Page setting only on Pages, as they're not supported on Posts.

Testing

• PageLandingPageCest: Renamed to BlockEditorLandingPageCest
• ClassicEditorLandingPageCest: Run Landing Page tests using the Classic Editor
• Moves testAddNewPostDoesNotDisplayLandingPageOption to both Block Editor and Classic Editor tests
