Adds ins and del to the wp_kses allowed tags list in the plugin readme parser. The Markdown library already recognizes these as block-level tags, but wp_kses() was stripping them because they were not in the allowed array. <ins>and<del>to the$allowedtags array inclass-parser.php'sfilter_text()method. The Markdown library already recognizes these as block-level tags (line 264), butwp_kses()was stripping them because they weren't in the allowed list.Fixes #286.
