Beginning of emoncms v12 refactor which will ultimately include conversion of most ui components to vue.js (v3), new light/dark compatible theme (removal of bootstrap 2 etc). Work so far is just initial preperation. Splitting out the large graph.js into sub scripts and extracting html builders out of other logic to aid with readability.
