As of 29.0,
docker/dockermodule has been renamed tomoby/mobyand split intomoby/moby/apiandmoby/moby/client.This was primarily leveraged by Teleport in the Workload Attestation functionality.
This PR also bumps other dependencies that give us an indirect on docker/docker:
Unfortunately,
clickhouse-godoes not currently have a release that uses a patched version ofdocker/docker. So we cannot remove all indirect dependencies at this time.Closes #65597
