- Merged 'origin/new-run' into 'main' with '--allow-unrelated-histories'.
- Fixed PSScriptAnalyzer warnings using 'SuppressMessageAttribute'.
- Standardized all PowerShell scripts to use UTF-8 BOM.
- Optimized 'webhooks/listener.ps1' with .NET [DateTime]::Now.
- Removed root 'Merge' file.
- Verified syntax for Python and Node.js.
- Cleaned up local branches.
