- Consolidated history by merging 'origin/new-run'.
- Removed sensitive files (.credentials, .env.local) from the repository.
- Deleted local-path-dependent PyInstaller artifacts (github_issue_sorter.spec).
- Merged '.Jules' and '.jules' directories to resolve case-sensitivity issues.
- Fixed PSScriptAnalyzer warnings and ensured UTF-8 BOM for all PowerShell scripts.
- Optimized 'webhooks/listener.ps1' with .NET [DateTime]::Now.
- Removed root 'Merge' artifact.
- Verified syntax for Python and Node.js.
- Cleaned up local branches.
