Part of stackabletech/issues#844

Upgraded stackable-operator from 0.108.0 to 0.110.0.

Replaced the untyped HashMap<String, HashMap<String, String>> config overrides with a new HiveConfigOverrides struct that supports hive-site.xml and security.properties via KeyValueConfigOverrides. Implements KeyValueOverridesProvider as required by the new framework.

Added HiveRoleType and HiveRoleGroupType aliases for readability.
