Add Meridian tools: meridian-mcp-deploy, meridian-crewai-deploy-orchestrator, meridian-context-compression

This PR adds three new entries to the AI and Agents > Orchestration section of the awesome-python list:

• meridian-mcp-deploy - One-click deploy AI agents to any cloud via MCP, handling infrastructure, secrets, and scaling.
• meridian-crewai-deploy-orchestrator - Orchestrate and deploy CrewAI crews to production with auto-scaling and monitoring.
• meridian-context-compression - Context compression agent reducing token usage by up to 22x while preserving semantic meaning.

These tools address deployment and context management challenges for AI agents and CrewAI workflows. They complement existing orchestration frameworks like crewai and langchain by providing production-grade deployment and token optimization capabilities.
